Travel Fee

A $5 travel fee applies to all mobile notary services and is paid at checkout.
This fee is non-refundable day of appointment.

Stamp Fee

A $10 stamp fee is charged for each stamp applied during any mobile notary service.
Stamp fees are charged at the time of the service.

Standard Mobile Notary:

need multiples items notarized? package includes same price for the first 5 items, for each additional item a service fee item of $3 will be paid at time of service.

Standard Mobile Notary

Our Standard Mobile Notary package is designed for most documents such as I-9 verifications, jurats and acknowledgments to most real estate & medical items.

Service Fee: $18 (paid at time of checkout; non-refundable)

Stamp Fee: $10 per stamp (paid at time of service)

Because notary services involve reserved time and preparation:

Service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is scheduled.

Mobile Loan Signing Services

Service Fee: $90 (paid at time of checkout; non-refundable)

Stamp Fee: $10 per stamp (paid at time of service)

Mobile Notarized Testing

Mobile Notarized Testing includes on-site supervision and notarization for testing procedures.

Service Fee: $50 (covers 2 hours)
 

Extended Time Fee: $12 for each additional 30 minutes, billed at the end of the service
Time Block Reservation: A 5-hour block will be reserved to ensure sufficient test time
*if needed - Stamp Fee: $10 per stamp (billed at end of service)
 

Because this service requires extended scheduling and reserved availability, the service fee is non-refundable once booked.

Want more time?

Mobile Extended Notarized Testing Service

This service is available by email request only so a custom time block can be arranged.

Service Fee: $190 (covers a 5-hour reserved block)
Extended Time Fee: $12 per additional 30 minutes, billed at the end of the appointment

Stamp Fee: $10 per stamp (billed at end of service)
 

This service also involves large blocked time windows; service fees are non-refundable once scheduled.

Custom Notary packages

Our custom notary package is designed for any services not listed. For this please contact us to set-up this service. package Due to extra preparation and custom nature of this package is non refundable. Pricing is set upon setting up service.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be available depending on availability.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

Because notary services involve reserved time and preparation:

Service fees are non-refundable once an appointment is scheduled.
 

No refunds will be issued if a notarization cannot be completed due to:
Missing or invalid identification
Incomplete documents
Documents signed before the appointment (when signature must be witnessed)
Client error or failure to meet legal requirements
 

If we must cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid service or travel fees.
